At Rangoli Silk, every saree and product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality standards. We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

Damaged Product Claims

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. Our team will thoroughly verify the claim by checking the condition of the product before shipment, packing records, and dispatch quality checks.

Please note that all products are carefully examined before packing, and if any defect or damage is identified during the packing process, the order is either replaced or cancelled from our end before dispatch.

Exchange Policy

We do not provide exchanges through courier pickup or return shipping. If you wish to exchange a product, you must visit our physical store in person. Exchanges are subject to product inspection and management approval.
